Depending on the platform you use, your payments are processed securely by our third-party providers. On the web, payments are handled by our Merchant of Record, Stripe. On the iOS app, payments are processed securely through Apple (In-App Purchases). We do not collect, process, or store your full credit card information or banking details on our servers.

We use the collected information for various purposes, including:

  • To provide, maintain, and improve our AI workspace.
  • To manage your account and subscription.
  • To communicate with you regarding updates, support, or security alerts.

4. Artificial Intelligence Processing

By using our service, you interact with AI models. The text inputs (prompts) you provide may be processed by third-party AI providers (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic) strictly for the purpose of generating the response. We do not use your personal data to train public AI models.

5. Data Sharing and Third Parties

We do not sell your personal data. We only share information with trusted third-party services that are essential for running our app (such as hosting providers, AI APIs, Apple, and our payment processor Stripe).

6. Your Rights (GDPR & Swiss FADP)

Depending on your location, you have the right to access, update, or delete your personal data. You can delete your account and associated data directly within the application settings at any time, or request deletion by contacting us.
