1. Introduction

Welcome to DeepSolv.it. By accessing or using our application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.

2. Description of Service

DeepSolv.it is an AI-powered interactive workspace and SaaS platform designed to enhance productivity and collaboration. The service is provided "as is" and is subject to continuous updates and modifications.

3. Payments

Depending on how you access DeepSolv, payments are handled differently:

  • Web Purchases: Payments are processed securely by our payment provider Stripe. DeepSolv is the merchant of record for these orders and is responsible for customer service and billing issues relating to web payments.
  • iOS App Purchases: Payments made within the iOS application are processed securely by Apple via In-App Purchases. Apple acts as the merchant of record for these transactions.

4. Subscriptions and Refunds

We offer subscription plans (e.g., Basic, Premium). Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis and renew automatically.

  • Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Web subscriptions can be canceled via our web portal. iOS subscriptions must be managed and canceled directly through your Apple ID settings.
  • Web Refunds (Stripe): If you are a consumer purchasing on the web, you have the right to withdraw within 14 days of subscribing. Contact us at hello@deepsolv.it for a refund. Outside of this period, web refunds are granted at our discretion.
  • iOS Refunds (Apple): We do not have the ability to process refunds for iOS In-App Purchases. All refund requests for purchases made on the iOS app are subject to Apple's App Store refund policy and must be submitted directly to Apple Customer Support.

5. Accounts and Authentication

Access requires authentication via third-party providers (Google, Apple, or GitHub). You are responsible for maintaining the security of your third-party accounts. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our terms or engage in abusive behavior.

6. User Conduct & AI Usage

You agree not to use the service for any unlawful purpose. Because the service relies on artificial intelligence, outputs may occasionally be inaccurate. You are responsible for verifying any critical information generated by the AI.

7. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
