Academy Chat Board is an AI-powered interactive workspace and SaaS platform designed to enhance productivity and collaboration. The service is provided "as is" and is subject to continuous updates and modifications.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns regarding payments. Your relationship regarding payments, subscriptions, and billing is with Paddle.com and subject to their terms.
We offer subscription plans (e.g., Premium, Ultra). Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. We do not provide refunds for partial months of service, except where required by law.
Access requires authentication via third-party providers (Google or GitHub). You are responsible for maintaining the security of your third-party accounts. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our terms or engage in abusive behavior.
You agree not to use the service for any unlawful purpose. Because the service relies on artificial intelligence, outputs may occasionally be inaccurate. You are responsible for verifying any critical information generated by the AI.
These terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
